Camelbak Chute Mag Water Bottle Magnetic Cap

I’ve been using this CamelBak Chute Mag bottle for a few months now and honestly, it’s one of the best water bottles I’ve ever had. It’s really sturdy and hasn’t cracked or leaked, even after being thrown in bags and dropped a few times. The colour is fantastic and still looks brand new, even after countless trips through the dishwasher. The wide mouth makes it easy to drink from and simple to clean, and the magnetic lid is genius — it stays out of the way when you’re drinking and means you’ll never lose the cap. The handle’s strong and handy to carry, and overall, it just feels really well made. For the quality, it’s great value for money. I’d definitely buy another one (the kids and I each have one) and highly recommend it if you want something durable that actually lasts.

An excellent bottle by Camelbak. Leakproof lid with a comfortable carry handle. Large volume for more of you favourite juices or water. I lid opening is wide for good flow and even has a small groove for your lip when drinking. They have thought of the little things here, you can tell and it has worked. They have created a great bottle. I especially like the magnetic lid that keeps the top covered when not in use and also keeps the lid folded back and attached the to side when you are drinking from it so the lid is not hitting you in the face. The bottle is lightweight with a sleek design and despite its large capacity, it remains steady on flat surfaces. Even with a nudge it remains upright. It is also very strong and durable. Mine has been thrown around the car, dropped on the ground and has been a great bottle for travelling. I have a cupboard full of bottles but this is easily my favourite. Great bottle, great lid system with a strong magnet to hold it in place when open. Handle is durable and well-shaped and works well. I have had this for around 11 months and after around 7 months, the lid started to leak. I've considered buying a replacement as I like the bottle but not sure if that problem will recur. Camelbak won't replace the lid and it's out of warrat with Amazon.

I like a water bottle that you drink from as opposed to one you have to squeeze, or suck through a straw. I like the first one so much, this is a second, smaller one I bought. I like the decent sized opening and the magnetic hinge to keep the cap out of the way when drinking. I have dropped it several times on hard surfaces when full without any cracks. It doesnt take much of a twist to open or close it and it is leakproof. Recommended. One thing to note. When buying, get a coloured version. The clear one looks a bit old after a maybe 40 uses. Still a good bottle but the orange coloured one looks much better after similar use.

This is the best water bottle I’ve ever had! Holds lots and the magnetic cap it so intuitive. The drinking spout is really good and fits perfectly in my mouth. I still use this today. And it’s forever chemical free :-)

I've loved the Chute for many years. Absolute genius design and I still use the one I bought in 2017(?). However, I needed a spare and was interested in the upgraded MagChute. I thought it was going to be a magnetic closure instead of the screw top. I was a bit disappointed that the magnetic bit is to hold the lid while you're drinking. Ah well. The MagChute is an excellent water bottle that will hydrate you as fast as you can swallow. It's dishwasher safe, tough and robust. I even use it with warm (NOWHERE NEAR boiling) water in cold weather. It doesn't keep the heat that long but it is tough. If you're an outdoors type, wrap some duct tape around the bottle and you've got some handy fix-it stuff. Was the bottle and the glue residue goes easily. The carry loop is super tough. These bottles last really well. When my old bottle eventually goes, if it's the cap, I'll be getting the MagChute cap upgrade. Happy to recommend.

For its ease of use and care, design, build quality, materials, non-toxicity, durability, capacity and aesthetics this is honestly the best reusable, high-quality plastic water bottle on the market. I have gone through many different water bottles over the years from various different brands, and other models from Camelbak too, and overall none are as good as this one. I did not hesitate too long to replace my chute mag bottle recently when I lost my old one, and I won't hesitate to replace it again if I unfortunately lose it again. It's somewhat expensive, but honestly worth the money and will last the user a very long time. Doesn't leak at all, opens and closes quickly and easily, very strong and robust, and survives hard drops and falls very easily without any cracking or significant damage other than maybe scratches. It really doesn't get better than this for a standard use water bottle imo. I love the fact that it comes in a 1 Litre size and even a huge 1.5L size as well, the 1L size I have fits comfortably in my backpack sidepocket and carries plenty of water so I don't need to refill it nearly as much as smaller bottles. May as well quit searching and comparing different water bottles and just buy this one.

Essa é 2 vez que compro esse modelo... Tamanho perfeito para levar no carro, no escritório, na academia. Uso somente para água. É fácil de higienizar (apenas água e detergente neutro)! A tampa deve ser higienizada com uma 🪥, pois tem partes que não limpam somente com água. Pretendo adquirir a de metal para sucos e chás. Comprei na promoção (R$59,90!) Fico acompanhando os preços durante a madrugada... Compensa muito! A única observação é para a embalagem de transporte: nunca vem na caixa. Sempre em embalagens plástico bolha. Meu maior medo é chegar danificadas, pois os entregadores costumam jogam de qualquer jeito durante a entrega. Dessa vez estava em casa e recebi em mãos. Na entraga das garrafas de minhas filhas a câmera registrou o entregador jogando o pacote de qualquer jeito. Por sorte, não danificou! No geral, recomendo a marca!

Loves those bottles! Very easy to use and clean (in the dishwasher), no inner parts like straws, no spills at all, the material is very sturdy. Comfortable, you can clip it on the bag.

Love this CamelBak Chute Mag! The magnetic cap is super convenient, it doesn’t leak, and it’s the perfect size for work or the gym. Feels sturdy, easy to clean, and no weird plastic taste. Simple, sleek, and does the job well. Highly recommend!

I was looking to replace a five-year old 20 oz water bottle with a flip cap that had served me well, but the cap seal had worn and would open unexpectedly when on its side, creating a mess. My needs required a durable 20-25oz bottle with a screw cap, but no straw, as I prefer a more generous flow when working out. I also use my water bottle to mix and consume pre workout drink and don’t want the hassle of keeping a straw clean. In all my research, this Camelback bottle with the magnetic cap seemed the most promising so I ordered a charcoal 20 and 25 oz size to evaluate. While the 25 oz bottle was a bit larger than the 20 oz bottle I had before, I preferred it over the 20 oz Camelback, which seemed a little top heavy with the durable cap. So I returned the 20 oz bottle and have been using the 25 oz. Camelback for over two weeks now, and I love it. It’s the perfect water bottle for my needs, and the magnetic cap is great to insure that it isn’t falling back into your face when drinking the contents. I also like how the threads of the cap are internal and not on the exposed surface of the drinking port. This was an ingenious idea. If you’re working out and don’t want to screw the lid completed down, the magnetic cap will stay in place once returned to the port, not providing a waterproof seal, but keeping out any airborne debri and essentially making it spill proof if knocked over. One thing I do recommend before using this water bottle is adding a tablespoon of baking soda to the bottle filled with warm water and letting it sit for 30 minutes or so. This will neutralize any plastic taste to the water. A concern I had before purchasing this 25 oz water bottle was if it would fit my vehicle’s cup holder as the smaller 20 oz bottle did, and yes, it fits fine. In conclusion, I find the 25oz Camelback Chute Mag water bottle to be the perfect canteen for the gym or general purposes. I love it so much I ordered a second one in case they discontinued production of this model if mine ever dies or I leave it somewhere. I still prefer to refill regular 20 oz Aquafina water bottles when hiking for a lighter, more compact option for my day pack, but this is the only instance that I would not use the 25 oz. Chute Mag.
