Bad Product
The product I received came with lot of scratches and rust sign ... Also there is a major bend mark on the stick , if any elderly uses their body weight, it might bend and thus injury .. the product is not firm on ground .. it doesn't sit well on ground !!Not recommended !

The plastic screw should be avoided and a stailess steel bolt and nut should in that place

Stick has come out from its base, fix this issue as soon as possible
While walking the stick came out from the base. My thighbone has been fractured and I cannot walk without stick. If you send such a low quality product the patient will suffer. You please do the needful at the earliest. Thank you.
