It broke within a week of use

I would recommend these heel cups for anyone who has heel spurs. I received them 4 days ago and automatically put them on. Noticed a difference right off. Slept in them one night they stick to my blanket sheets but managed to sleep. Day 1- I had slight pain in my left heel. Day 2- very little pain. Day 3- no pain until I wore them with a gel insole and ended up taking that out and pain went away. I had xrays in November with heel spur on left foot and also one on back of same heel. So far with this product it has made pain go away and heels is smoother.

These move around a lot when you're wearing them. They're super thick, so if you're looking for a barrier to protect your heels...these will work. I wear boots all day long and the constant rubbing causes dry patches on the back of my heel. I put these on and I can't feel the rubbing anymore and it saved my heel from the constant dryness. 3 stars because they are quite uncomfortable, but that's due to the thickness. They don't stay in place if you walk around a lot, they begin to slide. Instructions also say that you can boil them to clean and sterilize, but DON'T DO IT. I only boiled mine for 2 min and they melted to pieces.

I originally got these to help heal my heel fissures, before they got deep enough to start bleeding. What I didn't expect was having more comfort while walking. These absorb the shock when I put my heel down while walking, and my back stopped hurting while at work. This was the first day I tried them, which was yesterday. When I got home and took these off, I saw my heel calluses started to peel off, which is the reason I bought these. I will continue to use these until my heels are healed.

I purchased these for achilles tendonitis and I cannot believe the relief I am getting. After trying and returning a similar set after one wearing from another seller, I was skeptical. I have worn them constantly for about 7 days and they have held up beautifully. They are easy to get on and have not torn, lost their shape, or retained any odors. I simply wash with soap and water, pat dry and then let air dry. I have not found them to be slippery as someone said. The only thing I noticed is at night sheets tend to shift with my feet. I added a half cotton sock and the problem was solved. My only suggestion to the seller is to allow buyers to choose the colors.

These do not work in most of the shoes I wear. When I try to put my foot in the shoe while they're on , they roll up. And turn inside out etc. They get roll up to my ankle. So I have not had the benefit to know what it's like to wear them for a day while doing my normal routine. Definitely cannot get them into any boots. If my foot or heel of the foot has to push into a shoe . These will not stay in place. Very frustrating. Wearing them in the house with slippers is fine. But haven't stopped the pf pain as I haven't been able to fully wear them while walking / running around.
