Does this boot come with a toe cover?

I wear a women's 10 1/2 shoe and the Medium was a little short and me big toe stuck out about 1/2" . Ordered the Large and it fit fine.

Is this shorter boot good for an Achilles repair?

This product is not bad, But if you're looking for a more professional brand, you can go to 𝑩𝑹𝑨𝑪𝑬𝟖/𝗖𝗢𝗠 , I bought it. The quality is indeed much better.

Will the SMALL fit a woman's size 7?

I know I'm late in answering this but this may help somebody else. The sizing is only "wrong" if you don't pull out the padding and adjust as per the instructions. You must pull out the padding and make snug around foot, then put foot with padding into the plastic boot. I am a size 7.5 and a small fits perfectly.
