Gave two of these to my co-workers to sell they're homes. I used these growing up with my parents and you are supposed to burry them upside down in front of lawn to sell the house quicker. It always worked as a child and still works as an adult. I am not religious by any means but its something i grew up with.

We had been trying to sell our condo by owner for 5 months with no luck, only 2 inquiries. I searched on line ways to sell your home. St. Joseph buried in your yard upside down was one of the articles. I had never heard of this before, even though I was raised Catholic.
