المنتج غير نظيف وفيه وسخ من الغبار والكرتون مفتوح ومتشقق والان اشك في ان المنتج جيد بما انه غبار وحال الكرتون هاكذا لابد باني شوف اشك في المنتج بان غير صالح

It’s a very effective hair straightener, but easy to burn yourself because of how it is heated on the outside as well. I have burnt my forehead a few times straightening my fringe.

I purchased this product 6 months back and has been working great! I have fine hair so really need something that would be light and easily controllable on the temperature. To be honest it does a good job, kept my hair pretty good for up to 2 days. That's the 2 stars there. Recently I noticed that the ceramic plates were peeling off. Very strange. As it had a warranty I got a replacement. The replacement, however, didn't look like a new product at all. The product came full of scratches on the outer and inner side of the plates, Makes a strange noise when you turn it on like it's passing current & the lock mechanism doesn't work. I noticed a lot of the people with low ratings have had similar issues. Such a shame.

I just don’t like so hot in the handle area.

i paid 284 for a brand new item not a open box used item i am soposed to get it for my wife birthday it came used and referbushed and used it was a scam i dont recomend it

Im not sure if the product is new, the box of the product was broken and open

ممتازة ماشاء الله والصفايح ناعمة مش بتشد في الشعر وفيها ٥ درجات حرارة وبتسخن في حدود ٣٠ ثانيه او اكتر حاجة بسيطه ، واحلى حاجه فيها بتعمل الشعر ويفي بأقل مجهود
