Great little camera!
We were going on a Caribbean cruise and I wanted to try an underwater camera. I didn’t want those disposable film ones because they only take 27 pictures and you don’t know how they came out until you develop them. I saw this and thought I’d try it.It does kinda look like a toy, but honestly I’m pretty pleased with the photos. We had waves wherever we went, so I was bobbing up and down so they’re not pristine. Also they look better once uploaded on your computer with some simple editing.Others mentioned the door not latching properly but I think that’s user error. You DO need to be sure of closing the door to the SD card/charging port and I wish it was designed a bit sturdier, because make SURE latch it closed. The camera floats; it’s very easy to use; very portable; and it takes very decent pictures. I love it

Terrible quality photos and video
I bought two of these cameras for my daughters to take to overnight camp since they couldn't bring iPhones to use as a camera. It is too late for me to return them since they were both gone for a month. These are not inexpensive cameras, but I still didn't have the highest expectation, but they didn't even come close to that low bar. Both girls took still and video. All the video is unwatchable and it is not from their skills at taking video. I have been watching their videos since they started using an old iPhone 3GS and they know how to hold the camera reasonable still. This video jumped all over and frames are just plain missed leading to choppy playback. The picture is grainy as well. I confirmed and the video says it is recording 1920 x 1080 @ 30fps and it saves as an AVI. Almost every picture is blurry. They were shot at 4896x3672 and it says most of them were f2.8. The problem there is likely the 1/15 or 1/25 exposure time they cameras were choosing. They never went in the water so I can't say how they did with waterproofing, but it doesn't matter. These things are total crap. I can see why polaroid has collapsed over the years. Don't waste your money on this product, even for your kids. For just a few dollars more you can get a much better actual camera or find an old iPhone which will run circles around this thing.

Gets the job done
This budget Sports Camera does exactly what I thought it would do. It does not have the best stabilization When using the video mode, but it’ll do in a pinch. I think the 1080 P mold works a lot better than the 4K. The image quality on the 4K video Tends to have a very shaky image. But I think it’s very easy to use. The settings in the set up options are easier to follow. And with it coming with brackets and adapters, you can set up your sports camera and a lot of different places. Which I think is a value into itself. What is a small compact device very portable Lightweight so So you can take it a lot of places without it taking up a lot of space.

Value for money makes this about a 4.25 stars
This is a value buy FOR SURE. at over $100 less than a gopro style device this You would not be happy to social meida post any photos received fro this underwater BUT on our family vacation my kids used this non stop and LOVED looking back at their underwater video "creations" at the end of each day. The microphone worked for about 2 days before it stopped . still for the price, grab it up!

Good for B-roll video
I bought this for a trip to Japan where I knew I would want to be taking a ton of video. This camera is perfect for B-roll video that you might edit later into a YT video. I also use it for recording martial arts classes where I keep it running for an hour straight, or as a backup camera for interviewing someone. If I’m taking short videos, I use my iPhone, but this has been decent for keeping it running. Video is good, but audio is not stellar. It’s good enough for an interview, but not for recording music events. The back of the screen is plastic and got scratched up quickly. I recommend putting a screen protector on the back. For the money, it is good, but if you are needing top shelf quality, you need to spend more money.

Junk
Is this a joke? Is it a ploy to get people to buy a more expensive waterproof/action cam once they see how bad a cheap one is? Whatever it is, it is going back asap. And I'm not buying a different/more expensive one either. Thw functionality is incredibly primitive and it's clunky to navigate menus, etc. The picture quality is poor. The wifi and the companion app are a TOTAL joke. It took 10 minutes to get 25% of ONE PICTURE downloaded to my phone (on HD quality, 1 level lower than the UHD)...another 10 min for the next 25%...and so on. And that's after I was lucky after 3-4 min on the 4th try and the app finally opened and stop spinning. I am NOT going to spend 40 min PER PHOTO just to get them saved to my phone. I shudder to think how long a video would take. I never even finished downloading 1 photo, after 21 min I quit. Why the wifi connection anyway? How about bluetooth instead? It's not like u can use your phone for other things while u wait, either, b/c when it's connected to the camera's wifi you have no internet or data connection. The other option may be to take the SD card out and put it in a laptop to get the data off more quickly. This is a gimmick and a piece of junk.

Cute and Fun :)
I wanted a tiny camera I could film with in addition to my nicer camera, and while the quality isn't the best, I do enjoy using it more so for fun, rather than for "serious" filming. Overall, I'd say it's a good option for kids or for documenting in a more filmic style.
