My First Peanuts: ABC: An Alphabet Adventure

I got this for my 2 year old because she is obsessed with Snoopy and knows her letters. The book is fun with fun illustrations. My only complaint about it is that the sentences are pretty advanced for a preschooler and would be better suited to an older child. I do like that the sentences highlight the letter from the page with a bright color. But reading "Doctor Lucy Delivers Dubious advice" is a little much for young ones.

A bit too wordy for my 2 yr old. She loves all things Snoopy/Peanuts but didn't even want to finish this book? Like other reviews said it uses some big vocabulary - I liked the idea of introducing my kid to it but she was not into it. Otherwise it was good quality.

Bought this for the kids and some of the words are way to grown up. For D is has "Doctor Lucy delivers dubious advice". Can't think of any child learning to read to understand what dubious means. There were other letters that could have picked better words. So not sure how effective it will be for the little ones to get anything out of this one.

Who better to impart the knowledge of ABCs than the Peanuts gang? Love the large, bold drawings of Schulz's beloved characters. A great book for infants/toddlers. Nice and sturdy as well.
