My 4-year-old son and I are having so much fun reading these books. This is his first exposure to a chapter book and he can't get enough. We've read each one at least 3-4 times already!

A very cute and funny book bought for my 31 year old partner as a 'daddy day' gift from our male pug. We have read it to my 6 year old niece, changing the lead girls names to hers about 20 times now. She loves the illustrations and the story as much as we do. This book is made even better because our pug is actually called Captain Waldo. Looking forward to more Laura James pug related books.
