The catnip is finely ground so it doesn’t have much that gets scattered outside of the scratching pads. My cats all adore it. Highly recommend both for the quality and the price.

What a great product. I have purchased several different types of catnip for my 2 cats. One of the original aerosol versions they liked alot but over time they either lost interest in it or it weakened. I did have it for many years. Last year I started buying the more organic versions but they weren't interested in any of them. Until I found your product. Big container with a great seal to it. Filled to the brim and my 2 cats love it and both will play for hours before running out of energy and going to sleep. They get along much better with this product releasing their pent up energy. The quality is so high that I put it inside the sewn snakes with velcro closers and it lasts for weeks without using very much product. Great value also. When I need more, probably next year, I will be buying this again.

This is absolutely amazing. It's fresh, it's fine and not filled with Hickory bits or stands, my cat's absolutely love it. I'm extremely pleased with this product. Highly recommend.

In the past, I have purchased catnip from various superstores as well as a farm store chain. Whereas my cats seemed to enjoy the catnip (you should really see stray cats take to it--so sweet to see them all rolling around on the pavement or in the grass.) So this time I tried a small time grower (it comes in an 8 oz container that you would find chicken salad or pimento cheese spread in). DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE CONTAINER! One of my cats smelled it and grabbed at the container before it had ever been opened! As we were snowed in and experiencing cabin fever, I gave them just a small bit! OMG! They were over the moon! It seemed fresh, green, and a little went a long way! I will definitely buy it again. The kitties loved it. One observation: some cats get aggressive with it. I think it is sensory overload. So start with a small amount, about a teaspoon or two.

Seems to be good quality. I have a catnip ball that pulls apart in the middle so you can fill it with catnip. When I put this in it the kitties perked up - sometimes they really go after it and sometimes ignore it, so I’m not sure if it just loses its potency after a couple days or if I just have strange cats. They do show more interest in this than 2 other brands I tried and they show the most interest in it the first couple days after I refill the ball, which leads me to believe that it’s losing its potency. But it definitely seems fresher than any other brand I’ve tried. And it’s not powdery like other brands so it doesn’t fall out of the holes of the ball and make a mess like other brands.

I have a container that is at least 8 years old and is just as potent as when it first arrived. I will never buy another brand as this one is so potent and long lasting. My kitties love this.

My cat and my boyfriend’s cat both really like this catnip. The container is stuffed full which is awesome. I could smell it as soon as I opened the bag it was delivered in and my cat got very excited immediately so I’ll assume he also thought it was a good smelling product. I do find myself grinding it down further with my fingers after my boyfriend’s cat got a longer stem piece stuck on her tongue and didn’t really like that. Otherwise, I think it’s a good buy and I’ll likely be buying more in the future.

If you don't have fresh, this is the next best thing!! Cats roll all over in it. They can't resist. Slivervine makes all the difference in the world. Best nip I have bought so far. Good amount for the price. Highly recommend. A++
