There's 2 led light in the box.

Q: will these lights blind oncoming traffic on a road?

I use these lights on my Toyota FJ. They are located on the forward side of my side mirrors. They are bright but not enough to blind on coming vehicles.

Q: how bright are these mirror bulbs? are they bright enough to light a path when going offroad if i'm able to wire it be stay on?

The white ones are the brightest. I bought led because I was sick of replacing the original bulbs. It is not focused enough to light a path. More of an area marker light. Im sure you can wire them to a switch if you want .

Q: Do these come in a blue color?
