multi purchase item for sure
Great headlamps and super convenient to be rechargeable instead of the hassle of replacing batteries. I use these mostly while working on cars and motorcycles in my garage but also use them at work where I'm sometimes dealing with electronics and wiring in dark areas and attics. wat easier having both hands free and light where you need when you turn your head. Bulbs are super bright and have never had an LED fail. Strap is easily adjustable and can fit over a hat or hardhat if needed. I've worn them for hours at a time and no issue with discomfort and usually forget I even have it on until I notice light when it should have been darker in the area.

Nice light!
Nice light. I bought a few of these for my kids. Price is good. Appreciate them being rechargeable because my kids leave lights on and can burn through batteries. Pretty bright

A versatile lighting beast for any adventure
If you're an avid adventurer or simply someone who appreciates preparedness, then this headlamp is a must-have in your gear collection. This little powerhouse packs a punch of features that make it perfect for any situation, from pre-dawn hikes to late-night emergencies. USB-C Charging: Ditch the Batteries! Gone are the days of scrambling for spare batteries. This is the second Foxelli I’ve purchased over the years and they have now upgraded to a convenient USB-C charging port, allowing you to power up using any portable power bank or even your car charger. This not only saves you money on batteries, but also reduces environmental impact. Plus, the charging process is incredibly fast, so you'll never be caught with a dead headlamp when you need it most. Multi-Light Modes for Every Need It offers a variety of light modes to cater to any situation. Whether you need a powerful spotlight to navigate a dark trail, a strobe for emergencies / visibility, or a red light to preserve your night vision, it has you covered. Red Light Option: Preserve Your Night Vision Speaking of red light, this is a feature I particularly appreciate. Unlike harsh white light, red light doesn't disrupt your night vision, making it ideal for stargazing, preserving night blindness after tenting, or reading without waking up your fellow campers. It's also great for signaling for help in case of emergencies. Additional Features to Love Lightweight and comfortable design: The headlamp is surprisingly lightweight and sits comfortably on your head, even during extended wear. Adjustable beam angle: You can easily direct the light beam where you need it most. Water-resistant construction: No need to worry about getting caught in the rain – this headlamp can handle it. Overall, this is an outstanding headlamp at a value price that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a versatile and reliable lighting solution. With its long list of features, user-friendly design, and commitment to sustainability, this headlamp is sure to be your go-to companion for any nighttime adventure.

Bright and Works Well - Annoying Buttons
It's a good, low-cost headlamp, and I do appreciate that you can recharge it, rather than deal with batteries. Brightness is pretty good, but not incredible. My biggest complaint would be the power/mode buttons: first of all, you only need ONE, and it SHOULD just turn off/on—simple and easy. Instead, the main on/off button cycles maddeningly through at least three different states, while the other button activates some kind of red-light lamp, which is also completely unnecessary.

Very bright and easy to use
Excellent light. Extremely bright and the charge is long lasting. I can’t believe how many uses I have for it. I bought it to walk the dog but also use it to help in work on my watches. Plus comes with two charge cables. Be sure to charge when light gets low and then only until green light comes on. Very quick to charge.

Excellent Headlamp - Plenty of light, Tilt the beam, Comfy strap, & Rechargeable
In warm weather months (Central Texas) I tend my garden at night (hand water, weed, etc.). What with a hose in one hand and some garden tool in the other, I need both hands free. So over the past 5 years or so, I've gone thru a variety of headlamps, and this one by Foxelli is far and away the best I've ever had. 160 lumens is more than enough for my night-time gardening (it's surprisingly bright). It also has a red-light option which seems of limited use to me. I suppose it can have some safety value such as for bicycle riding, but there are a great many devices in the market which offer similar or better solutions, attaching to your bike and possibly at a better cost to lumens ratio. A drawback for any bright white light headlamp is that bugs will fly directly at your face. In my experience, it can be disconcerting to get whacked in the forehead by a June bug. Don't know if or how much the red headlamp beam would be invisible to bugs, but Foxelli should consider replacing it with yellow. The red beam is too dim for my nocturnal gardening while a yellow light would be brighter and is best at not attracting insects. The ability to easily adjust the light beam from straight-on to a selection of downward angles is a VERY important feature for me. If I bend down or squat to see what's happening at the base of some plants, I need the light beam directed straight forward, else it will focus on the dirt. But when walking around in an erect posture, I need to adjust the beam to a downward angle, else I'm constantly bobbing my head up and down. Foxelli has this feature, providing a selection of 3 increasingly downward angles, and importantly these adjustments involve ratchet-like clicks which seem very firm and solid, likely to hold up under frequent use (or constant use in my case). Lastly, after sufficient light intensity and directability, comes comfort and convenience. And again Foxelli succeeds where others have not done well. The secret to comfort is the headlamp itself being as light in weight as possible. The Foxelli device weighs so little it is easily supported by a single strap. The strap is an inch wide and sufficiently elastic to hold position without drooping or requiring excessive (and uncomfortable) tightness to prevent droop and slippage. Easily adjusted, the strap fits snug and comfortable. And the key to convenience is the rechargeable battery. I plugged the included foot long USB cable between the micro port on the headlamp and a standard USB 2.0 port on my computer. It chargd up in a reasonably short time. So, other than that red light feature which is of no practicle use to me (but may be helpful to you), the Foxelli headlamp has no weaknesses and does everything you could want - and does it well. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable and powerful, no matter what your use is!
I use this for work...as a dog groomer and pet sitter! I love it and wish I'd gotten it sooner. I have unawesome lighting in my grooming room, headlamps solve the issue of illuminating dog nails and paw pads I'm shaving, but previously required outrageous volumes of batteries. This is costly, bad for the environment, inconvenient, and after my last battery operated one had a battery explode within it while I was wearing it, I decided I'd try this rechargeable one out right away. Best choice ever! It does take a bit to fully recharge, but the charge lasts for a LONG time before you notice any dimming due to losing charge. The brightness settings are great, with the brightest being perfect for when I'm petsitting and need to pick up some puppy poos in a yard after dark, or will be with pets deep in the country; it can pitch black out there, but I can walk dogs, find cats, feed livestock, and more while having my hands available! On the second setting, the light is still very clear and functional, but not so bright as to blind someone if it hit their eyes, making it perfect when I'm using it for grooming purposes. I can't say that I've found a use for the other settings, but they're totally functional as well. The power is great, as I said, it can take a bit to FULLY recharge from being totally draining, but it's so worth it. I've had it on for hours without it dimming. It's comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time, not being super heavy or bulky and large.

Decent for the Price
I have had this over a year now. OK headlamp for running. Not as bright as I hoped it would be, next time I'd go for something with much higher lumens, plus a more spread out beam. Illuminates only a small area in front of you. After over a year of regular use running on roads and trails, 4-5x a week on average, in all weather conditions, the headband has started to lose its elasticity and gets loose easily, no matter how I adjust it. Looking fir a replacement now.. On the positive- it is inexpensive, it has held up well over a year of beating, is completely weatherproof, charges quick and holds a charge long. Even after a year I only charge it once a week.
