On my 2nd tub. Honestly love the flavor. It took awhile to notice a difference. Although I don’t physically see a difference, I feel the difference in my performance with working out. I don’t get as tired as quickly prior to taking this. I’m able to last my HIIT workouts a lot longer without feeling fatigued. The powder is easy to mix and I would say it tastes better with iced water. It’s a bit pricey, but I value what supplements to put in my body, don’t go cheap.

I choose this brand because its clean. I really enjoy the taste of the pink lemonade. It dissolves quick. I have been taking for 3 months and I'm definitely nothing the result. I recover faster and have more muscles growth. I would definitely recommend this product if your searching for a good creatine.

I've been using this creatine for over 2 years now with no issues. I've put on a ton of muscle since then and highly recommend this to drink with water because then it's easier to ingest and it's perfect for post workout.

Legion is by far the best supplement line on the market in both quality and flavor. You'll pay for that, but it's a great value, and if you can afford it, it's well worth it. I can't afford it, so I don't use many Legion products, but at $35 for a two month supply, I feel okay about this one. My favorite flavor is the watermelon, but the strawberry lemonade flavor is great, too. I don't think you'll find a flavor you don't like. I notice a difference when I use this supplement. It isn't life changing, but I can knock out an extra rep or two each set, and over the course of several sets, day after day, it adds up. I've used a few different kinds of creatine and have never noticed increased performance as I do with Legion, so I now stick with Recharge.

I've been using LEGION's Recharge drink supplement for over 6 months now and noticed a significant difference in my ability to quickly recover from hard workouts (such as hot [>95F, >90% humidity] circuit training and long-distance running [e.g., >10 miles]). Loved first order. Bought again, product scoop has changed...scoop was full tablespoon size and probably twice as big as before but I didn't have old one on hand to compare. Mixed it up, tastes much different than before, indicating maybe I am getting a lot more than I should be or is safe (no idea). I called company, they told me they changed formula and its supposed to be different, but he wasn't sure if the scoop changed. I said it had...I said it clearly states 1 tablespoon on it. I then got to thinking how many grams were in a tablespoon of this product. I measured out 11.3 grams net per scoop on a calibrated scale I had handy. 525 grams in container divided by 11.3 is 46.45 servings....Clearly either someone didn't think the change through, didn't know they changed the scoop, or thinks no one will notice shorting them 25% of advertised servings if people used a full scoop. The label says "Serving size: 1 scoop (8.75 g)....but the full scoop is larger than that as noted above....so to get the proper serving one would have to weigh it each time. How about a scoop that matches the serving size that matches the amount per serving? Or if you make a change, reflect it...not just hope no one will notice. They then said the amount was increased to 545 grams, which still doesn't yield 60 servings. Do NOT TRUST them based on the phone call and chat, told me I was first person ever to notice they dont match.....
