It works well with my robot carpet cleaner from Asia.

Two months of daily use, I have been very happy with this product. I use one 1000W for my TV and one 1000W for a Denon AVR, both US devices in Singapore. This transformer is silent and odor-free (compared to other brands which hum or emit a chemical smell). I would purchase again.

good for lower wattage

It broke after two years of use. It has a short service life and average quality.

Bought for my UK amp, living in the states. The amp only pulls 250W, so i made sure to size way up. Ive heard you want an amp that is rated for least double the wattage of your use case if you want to use one of these cheap ones.

I bought the 1000-watt transformer and it died in FIVE months. Spoke to the seller Gandhi Appliances and they expect me to pay for shipping the old one back to them. What good is a 3-year warranty if you have to spend HALF of what the item would cost to send it back for repair, Shipping will cost $25 because it's heavy. Notice how they don't list the warranty terms for this item. They think they are slick. Like I said run-away now! They could have worked out some other terms for sure, but they just wanted to screw me over. A transformer that dies in 5 months is GARBAGE and they don't even give a crap about their customers.Plenty of great sellers on Amazon steer clear of this seller.
