Runs small
This is a great skirt. I ordered it for a halloween costume. The skirt is just the right length, it is thick and the pleats lay really well. However it does run small and the elastic waist is very thick and not forgiving. You have to order the right size. I am 105 pounds and 5 3" and I ordered the womens small and it was very tight.

Horrible quality. All of the pleats are sewn down at the bottom, so when you put it on, the hem is tight and the skirt looks like a giant bubble.

I was disappointed that when I ordered a few of these, all but one arrived with the pleats sewn down flat in the bottom hem.

Poor picture/misleading color
The picture is royal and white. That is the color I wanted and needed. I received the skirt and it was purple and white. Looking further into it the caption does say purple and white so why not change the picture! Very frustrating
