The handle size is perfect. Put it on the deck for swim spa. Easy to get in the deck. Not super sturdy if pushed sizeways but it's doing what I wanted it to which is give us something to hold onto when we get out. Over all it looks good. I wish the covers were darker or they made spare covers in different colors to buy but it seems sturdy enough. The value was very good. The covers are decent. I would gladly pay for them again in 5 years if they last that long. Value for money: Decent cost Ease of use: Good to help us steady ourselves Ease of installation: Fast installation like 10 - 20 min or so Size: Perfect size for us to get out of the spa Functionality: Good if used in the right direction but dont pull them over to the side.

Great handrails, looks nice, and well constructed. A inch taller would have been nice, but I’m 6’5”so it’ll do. Didn’t need two, but for the price ya can’t beat it and install was a breeze. Mark the holes to be drilled. Drop 4 5/16 Redheads in place, tighten it down, silicone the base edge and cover the nuts it’s with rubber caps. EZPZ ! Delivery time far exceeded expectations….

i took the chance and purchased the items even after i watched videos from others which showed poor quality! I guess i was one of the lucky purchasers! My husband installed them with no difficulty. A concrete drill bit was also included which my husband didn't use because it wasn't compatible with his Bosch hammer drill. Railing covers are a good quality and fit the railings perfectly. All factory welds on the items showed no signs of poor workmanship! only draw back was the anchors included for concrete installation. My husband used Hilti Brand concrete anchors to secure the rails with Stainless steel washers and nuts!

The rail is very sturdy. Works as expected. Only complaint is how quickly the padding fades in the sun. I understand things fade in the sun, but this is made to be outside all the time. It shouldn't fade after a month or two.

Easy to install. Lightweight. Good grip.

Everything was good, Except the Hammer Drill Bit was not a Standard SDS or SDS Plus drill bit. It has a Square Shank. So I ended up buying New Mounting Hardware as the bit was a 12 mm. Yes, I could have purchased a 12 mm SDS or SDS Plus drill bit, but that is not a standard item, and available at the local hardware stores, I would have had to purchase another bit for SDS or SDS Plus since the two are interchangeable, backwards compatible. So I purchased a 1/2 in Concrete mounting bolt with sleeve, as I already had 1/2 in SDS Plus drill bit. Time will tell but it seems as well made as anything else on the market. Just be aware that the Drill bit is not compatible with SDS, SDS Plus, SDS Max. I don't even know what Hammer Drill accepts the 12 mm hammer bit that the kit comes with. It comes with the hammer drill bit, bolt and anchor to anchor into the concrete. Notice the bit is Square at the top and that is the issue.

Installed it at my Mothers pool and it's as solid as a rock. Obviously I switched out the hardware and you should also, handle pad offers slip resistance and doesn't burn mom in the florida heat, perfect length as you can see in the image, helps her get out of the pool with no issues so very functional, typical stainless steel not sure if it'll rust and installed it within 15 mins with my 10 year old. Definitely get a hammer drill to install if you're drilling in concrete.

This pool rail has been a life saver for our pool and those who swim in it. Initially we had no rail and entering / exiting the pool was dangerous for some and not easy for others. So last year 2023 we order this pool rail. It was an easy install and it definitely serves it's purpose. It is not loose and it is holding up on the shinny rails without no rust. The blue rail cover is definitely a must, it prevents the hand from slipping when went and it is especially useful in 90 degree weather, where without the cover the pool would be too hot for touch. I love this rail. It was definitely a great decision and well worth the cost. "My life saver" :-) Happy we are!
