We purchase many (many, many) of these, as they are great for satellite offices and home/office use. Reliable with with enterprise level features (edge-based protection, site-to-site VPN, SSL VPN, etc.). I would not recommend for non-technical home (or otherwise) users though....

Device works great, is exactly what the description says it is... Amazon (or someone else) has put the TZ 105W picture up showing the wireless antennas. This is incorrect and needs to be changed!

the device was misrepresented by showing it to be wireless and they send hardly any documentation and they want to charge for every little thing . You cant get any support. the software you download can not be uploaded the file extention is very hard to get a program to upload. the registration is so screwed up it 3/4 of a day just to register. I probably want order anything else for amazon over this!!!

This is an excellent small-business oriented firewall/router. It is more sophisticated and complicated than a typical consumer oriented device. You should probably hire a professional to configure it and get it setup for you if you aren't a tech professional yourself.

Have deployed a number of these devices to various customers. They work perfectly and do everything they claim to for a very reasonable price. Have had no problems with configuration or support.

A little confusion about details of the bundle at first, but worked out in the end. This is a great device.

I was advised by Dell that I need to renew my anti-spyware, intrusion-prevention, ect. SO I paid for two years assuming that the act of licensing the protection meant it was ON - especially since I received regular reports about the viruses they were now protecting me against. While they make sure through excessive reminders and calls that you need to buy the important protection, you've got to configure the protection yourself. Make sure you go in and configure it yourself or find a less expensive way of getting the signature updates from a vendor that will let you know when something not active and doesn;t use scare tactics to tell you why you need to keep on a service that is not being performed.

Works great for any small office, good security features. Easy setup
