I bought (and still have) the vinyl LP of this album purchased many years ago. This CD has IMHO some of Vangelis' best work. Not necessarily his best "known" work, but some fantastic music created during a much earlier time in his career. If you are a fan of Vangelis and do not have this album, I would encourage you to add it to your collection.

I have been a Vangelis fan for decades now, and this release has some of the jazziest moments I've heard from this composer, on a couple of the cuts. The opening cut is very inspiring and uplifting, too.

One of my faves growing up.

Fond, but dusty, memories of the cassette unowned in the 80s prompted me to add this 70's album to my Vangelis collection. It's a one-listen-CD, however, due entirely to terrible engineering and very discordant and overly loud styles thrown about seemingly at random. The last track is the album's only real saving grace...and barely that.

Excellent example of the musical talents, Mr. Vangelis has been known for throughout the years...
