What makes this better for kids than the regular "pure & simple" bottle? has anyone used both? is it worth $2 more for a toddler?

I just spoke with Coppertone customer service. The Pure & Simple SPF 50 for adults, baby, kids, and face (yes, there are four of them) are identical except for the packaging. Marketing!

Could someone tell me what is the full list of ingredients?

The current formulation of the Coppertone Pure & Simple Baby Tear Free Mineral Based SPF 50 lotion is: Active ingredients - Zinc Oxide 24.08% Inactive ingredients water, C12-15 alkyl benzoate, isopropyl palmitate, butyloctyl salicylate, ethylhexyl isononanoate, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, propylene glycol, cyclopentasiloxane, bis-octyldodecyl dimer dilinoleate/propanediol copolymer, dimethicone, ethylhexyl methoxycrylene, polyester-27, tea (camellia sinensis) leaf extract*, giant kelp (macrocystis pyrifera) extract*, sacred lotus (nelumbo nucifera) extract*, triethoxycaprylysilane, beeswax, hydroxyacetophenone, PEG-12 dimethicone crosspolymer, tocopherol, 1,2- hexanediol, caprylyl glycol, sodium chloride

The descriptions says the only active ingredient is zinc oxide 24%, but some comments say it has octinate or one of the other chemicals. which is it?

The Coppertone Pure & Simple Baby Tear- Free Mineral Lotion SPF 50 contains 24.08% zinc as the sunscreen ingredient. It does not contain octinoxate or other sunscreen ingredients. We list all ingredients on the back of the product.

Is it non-comedogenic?

We have not tested the Coppertone Pure & Simple Baby Lotion SPF 50 for baby acne. Please consult with your doctor
