Excellent cough syrup…easily comparable to the name brand product. the sustained release property makes easy to use. I highly recommend it. Remember to take guaifenesin with it, this product is DM syrup only.

Helps bad cough
Does improve cough however if you have a very bad cough do not expect it to suppress completely. Was still coughing however it definitely helped. Worth it.

Grape flavor is ok, not the yummist but better than delsyan orange which is yuk. Works as expected.

Just as good as the name brand cases. Taste is , well it’s mediocre but it easy to use and work pretty fast. Last as long as it should with zero sluggishness.

12 vs 4 = hallelujah
12 hour vs 4 hours was like heaven to me. Then I used dum dums and honey in between if it didn’t totally work. She didn’t ever say it was gross and took it for me fine which isn’t always the case so may stick with this one for awhile!
