Great quality wax, easy to use!
This Starpil StarSoft wax has truly impressed me! Introduced to this brand by my stepdaughter, a new aesthetician, I've found it to be truly exceptional. Despite my sensitive skin, this wax has been incredibly gentle...never causing adverse reactions like I've experience previously. Its quality is outstanding, and even as a non-professional, I find it remarkably easy to use. This wax's effectiveness and skin-friendly nature have won me over completely. I can confidently say I won't be switching to another type of wax anytime soon! I highly recommend Starpil wax for anyone seeking high quality wax and ease of use in their hair removal routine.

Good stuff
I purchase the star soft to mix with my Cirepil blue wax. I had watched a review on YouTube that said if you mix the star soft with the blue starpil it will make it more manageable. Figured it'll do the same with the cirepil and it did. A lot less craking and tearing. I did also purchase the starpil blue (which I haven't tried yet) and the pink wax (separate review.... no go for me). So far I am loving the fact that mixed with the blue wax I am able to do multiple strips at a time without them breaking on me.Side note: I've only used this was together with Cirepil and only on my face.

Worst wax I’ve used
First of all it took longer to heat up, which that wasn’t a problem for me, but when pulling it off, it just keeps cracking and cracking and it’s more painful than the cirepil wax that I use. It just seems messy it lives little crumbs everywhere from all the breaking and the little dry pieces on your skin, it was just annoying. I even tried, making a thicker layer over the skin. It still kept doing the same thing. The only reason I decided to try this one was for sensitive skin, which still had a breakout reaction. Just not as bad as with other wax I’ve tried.

Not best quality
Not the best quality. Better off purchasing direct from company. I used this in my professional spa and it did not work as well as what i order from the brand directly.

Easy to use
Overall I found this wax to be easy to use. It melted down quickly in a wax warmer. Once it was melted, it was easy to apply to the skin with a popsicle stick. When it hardened, it was easy to pull up and you can see that it grabs hair with it. I went over each area at least twice to make sure I got all the hair up. I would say this wax is nice for someone who new to waxing and wants a wax that’s easy to apply.

It works!
Great for removing brow hair, even the thick hairs. And is gentle on skin. Very flexible. Can be used for underarm area and legs. Love it!

Sticky and hard to peel
at first i did like the product but the wax would always leave a sticky residue. sometimes when i let the dry wax and i peel it off, the wax starts to come apart and doesn’t pull the hair all the way out. i have to wax a couple times in order for all the hairs to come out and it always took so much of my time.
