Perfect for small batch pressure canning
Have had this a few months now and have been using it multiple times a week for canning and pressure cooking. It has worked flawlessly in both capacities and I am very pleased with it. I have a modest sized vegetable garden so I do can my harvest regularly, but not in overly large quantities at any one time so this pressure canner is perfect for my needs. I was water bath canning prior to purchasing this which was working fine but limited me on what types of foods I could can, so now my repertoire of what I'm able to can has been greatly expanded, such as chicken stock, soups, meat, low-acid vegetables etc. Have also been experimenting with various pressure cooked recipes and have been pleased with the results...it's now my favorite way to make creme brûlées...they turn out perfectly, in less time and less hassle (no having to put them in a water bath in the oven.) Also made some amazing risotto with it, that even Chef Ramsey wouldn't be able to find fault with. So all in all, am very pleased with my purchase and it's performance and feel that it's already paid for itself.

A-MA-ZING!!!
The media could not be loaded. Purchased this a few years ago, and it is still one of my favourite purchases EVER!!!It has made my annual harvesting so much simpler. I was always afraid of pressure canning, but this was a total game changer for me. I feel completely safe around it..obviously, you must follow the instructions (which are well laid out, I might add!) and everything will turn out perfectly!!You can fit 5 pint jars, or 4 quarts in each batch.Be prepared for the notably loud beep(s) when you plug it in, as well as when you for setting your timer and the alarm to switch your pressure gauge. It can be a bit startling, but well worth in my busy household. I'm no longer tied to the kitchen..this lovely machine works its magic while I'm able to tend to other tasks.I've seen the price fluctuate quite a bit on this machine over the years (as I also convinced a few relatives to purchase because it's AWESOME!)..anywhere under $300 is well worth the price. Never had a single hiccup with it, and perfectly preserved canned goods each and every time.5 stars, over and over again!!

Good Addition to Canning Equipment
This canner was much less expensive than other brands, but it does an excellent job. It’s great as an extra when I run out of room in my huge canners during a full blown canning session. Much easier too…Set it and forget it. Since it’s so much simpler, I find myself using it frequently. I use it mainly for pint jars.

Best investment yet
I absolutely love how easy this is to use! I have 4 canners now. 1 very large 27/30 qrt water bath, a 23 qrt water bath, a 23qrt pressure canner. The three are stove to canners. Only good thing is the amount that can be processed in them on the stove. This one is perfect for that 2 jars of soup broth you just made or that small amount of stew meat you picked up but do not want to freeze or that left over sauce. It's simple to use, and you don't need to watch a gage or listen for a rocking weight. Set, listen to the 3 beeps flip the dial n go have a relaxing bubble bath!

I LOVE this!
I had been wanting a pressure canner but thought the price was a little out of my league then I saw this smaller sized one....perfect for me! I've only had this for a little over a month but I just love it. I've used all of my previous jars from water baths years ago and bought 60 more 1/2 pint jars which is a great size for a single serving. Made 3 last batches today and now all my jars are filled...that's a great feeling and I have so much variety to choose from. The first day I was overthinking how to use it until I watched a short video of it on-line and I was off to the races. The manual was actually good but I was overthinking. First time canners I would recommend watching the short video of this exact brand. Highly recommend!
