I love it!
I got this for two things: sinus relief and fluid retention/swelling. It helps both!!! I get fluid retention easily above my eyes under the brow. This helped a whole bunch and was comfortable. I hate cold compress because they move around and I feel like I can’t move and it makes me claustrophobic (I know it sounds weird.) This is perfect because it stays in place and I can watch tv and talk with it on. Plus the packaging is nice! I’d recommend putting it in the fridge and using it for about 15 minutes. It doesn’t stay super cold for long, but that’s ok.

Made for a larger face, not soft, no eye covering
I tried this, as it was recommended, but it was way too big for me. The features did not line up, and other face masks, provide an eye mask too. This one did not. You may love it.

Better for cold
It's better for the cold than it is for the hot. The straps are a great idea but didn't work as well as I'd like

Wonderful comfy
I'm so poofy in the morning. I love these products. Keep in fridge. Not freezer. Burned my skin too cold first time.

Daily use...its a most have
My daughter uses this daily for over 2 years. I had to buy her another one and have it ship to her. Her friend pop it and she freaked not because of what is in it but she can't cool her face. LOL She thinks it helps with puffiness, and the swell. She is outside all the time playing lacrosse in college. She likes to maintain and refresh her face and the stress from the environment.

Masks with fabric on back are better
Not good since it doesn't have fabric on one side. I cut out fabric by tracing around the mask and eye/nose holes. Hassle. Other style is better. Velcroe on back gets tangled with long hair.

Too Cold 🥶
I though I wanted a face mask without a liner but I was wrong you do need one it is to cold 🥶! This will give you hypothermia the start of it anyway and that’s not good for anyones skin. I got it for when I have medical treatments for headaches and this is not so great I need ice after shots but not direct cold it’s to cold by the time it’s ok for my skin it’s not as cold as I need it. Don’t waist your cash it’s a shame as it’s a great holder the strap on the back of the head.
