I like to tinker and fix my own stuff. Over the years I've bought a few different tools here and there that I needed when fixing my electronics. But I always had to keep buying stuff. Lately I've been working on cleaning and restoring some of my old video game systems and I was on the hunt for a security bit to work on my gamecube and n64s. I finally decided to just spend the cash and get a set that I can finally use to fix all of my electronics. And here we are today. The set is great for the price and as of yet I haven't had a need to order extra stuff. I'd buy it again if I needed another. Currently its being used to clean and restore my N64s and NES. Next will be my gamecube and game gear. Its great to have a dedicated electronic tool set and not just using my jeweler and watch tools to work on this stuff. The case is amazing and well built. My only con is I wish it had a small extra sleeve to add your own bits if needed. I'll keep those in my small tool box with the other tools for now.

My MacBook Air had received some damage to its LCD protective screen a few weeks ago; and while finding a replacement, I was lucky to have come across this when I did. The bits and tools used from this kit helped a ton, and I was able to finish repairs on it before two upcoming trips this year. This is such a great household item for any and all small to big projects, and an excellent use to an extant! Highly recommended for all computer repairs and model kits!

The best tool kit you can buy it will have you feeling like a real handyman!! I was surprised with how much I could do with this tool kit. so happy I made this purchase.

I also own an iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit and decided to compare this one to the iFixit kit. There are many of these tech toolkits to choose from but I decided on this one since reviews were mostly positive. To say the least, this is a solid alternative to the iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit!Let's start with the price. The price of this XOOL tech kit is half the price of the iFixit one. While the tools(e.g. bit driver is all plastic with some rubber) do feel slightly cheaper, the tools held up fairly well for all the repairs I used this kit for. Although, a bit that was on the thinner side did break on me but that was partially my fault since I was applying a lot pressure.A neat addition that this kit has that the iFixit doesn't is the mini screw mat with grid lines. The mat is nice to have when working on a big job. Additionally, the adjustable extension rod is nice to have for hard-to-reach areas. The carrying case is solid and larger than the iFixit so its not as portable. One of the last downsides to this kit is that it does not have the Lifetime Guarantee that iFixit kits have. I've broken a couple of iFixit tools and have gotten them replaced easily. Sad to say, that won't be the case for this XOOL kit. Regardless, this is a solid alternative to the more expensive iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit. At the end of the day, it gets the job done!

I apologize for not writing reviews when I should. This product is the best I've ever bought and has been a lifesaver. The only downside is that the bits sometimes fall out of their holders. Despite that, it is absolutely the best product I have encountered. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
