Great price for the quantity,when you consider buying pro plus, just be aware these are 4 times stronger per tablet than pro plus or equivalents,so it's recommended not to exceed 1 tablet per day,I've only recently bought these, tried 1 this morning before I started my shift (early morning),and it definitely helped beating tiredness, great for shift working when needed

I’ve had insomnia for the past 4 years which has forced me to drink roughly 3 energy drinks a day just to do basic tasks. I’ve bought these to give it a shot and try and boost my energy - and honestly it’s amazing. I didn’t sleep well last night as I did not take my sleeping medication, with just 3 hours sleep. I slept at 6:45AM, woke up at 7:30AM. I took one of the tablets so I can wake up around 10:00AM. | woken up at 10, felt really drained. Took another one and closed my eyes, 30 minutes later I was full of energy and still am. These are amazing. If you already have a lot of caffeine, and have sleeping issues then 1 may not be enough but it depends on your preference. But these tablets are amazing and would highly recommend

Used to keep me alert during long driving trips across Europe. Easy to take with a drink of water, little taste with definite positive effectiveness on energy and concentration levels for a good few hours. Good value for money quality product.

As someone who drinks energy drinks on a regular basis and tend to drink the ones with higher caffeine mg content (180mg), when taking one of these 200mg tablets in the morning I can say it really does work. Fairly quick and effective, I don't feel a specific boost of energy instantly I just end up feeling fine and ready to work (who knows if placebo effect or genuinely working, but I do believe this works well). However... It's like a laxative to me! Literally every time I have taken a tablet, it messes up my gut and I'm needing to go to the loo multiple times or if I eat, I have to go to the loo fairly quickly. So for me I'm probably not going to use these going forward, or if I do then I will use them for constipation. It's definitely not something long term for me, the way it makes my body react is not fun!

I took a total of 2 in morning and could definitely feel a nice burst of energy that I really don’t have in a morning!! That energy lasted all day and didn’t stop me sleeping so my opinion of Mobu is impressive !!

I found these caffeine tablets to be very weak. I had to take 5–6 tablets just to feel anything, which defeats the point of using a caffeine supplement in the first place. On top of that, taking that many caused an unpleasant laxative effect, which is obviously not what I’m looking for from a caffeine product. I’ll be sticking with my usual brand, which works reliably at the stated dose. Wouldn’t recommend these based on my experience.
