These are a really great price for earseeds compared to others I've seen, and they are a great price. I used them this week for a headache, and they worked well. Used the ebook that was sent via email when I purchased them, and I was able to get them in the right spots, or close enough to them (I applied them myself, so not so easy to see your own ear clearly...). I did take a motrin when the headache started, as I normally do, and then I applied the ear seeds. The headache was diminished enough within a few hours to go about my day, which could have been from the motrin (sometimes it does, sometimes there is no effect with motrin). But usually my headaches last 3-4 days, and my headache was gone the next day. So, I think I can attribute that to the earseeds. I kept them on for 3 days, to keep the headache away, and they stayed on through showers and swimming in my pool. I did remove one after the first 8 hours or so because it became painful (a tender acupoint, I suppose), but kept the others on, and pressed them a few times per day as per the ebook directions. I'm really happy with this product, and will be trying them for other issues!

I love these, and I know almost nothing about acupuncture and the use of pressure points. I bought these to try in place of acupuncture. I have been to an acupuncturist four times and found it to really help me. Unfortunately with Covid, the office had to close. So I bought these ear seeds as a replacement to keep me going. I chose this brand because it came with an e-book and instructions all in English. Plus, for the price (compared to $90 at my acupuncturist's) I figured give it a try. I received the e-book the following day in my normal e-mail account, and the rest of the kit came Prime from Amazon with a colored charts, tweezers, a tool for marking the ear spot by pressing, and a ton of tiny ear seeds that will last me a long time. The seeds are on tiny pieces of "tape", so it is a bit tricky to get them in just the right place. With practice, it gets much easier. I have to stick it to my ear and sort of slide it in place. It seems like I can tell the correct spot because my ear is a bit more tender in that area. The company is really great, too. I wanted more info on digestive issues due to food allergies. I emailed them on a Saturday, and Sunday night they had already emailed me back an ear chart with additional points added (and color coded) to try for my symptoms and answered my other questions. I find I can leave these on for 1-2 days, and then I don't really need the seeds on any longer or I switch ears and work on another set of points. Overall, I highly recommend these. The price is right and the customer service is awesome. They seem to really care.

I was very excited to receive my ear seeds. I tried them right away; without really getting the placement correct; for the purpose Inwhich l purchased them.You guessed weight loss! I was very close to the placement mark! I had forgotten about this healing technique. I've gotten so caught up with taking pills for everything! Their are so many health benefits to customizing & learning proper placement for what ever part, of your body you're seeking to heal or balance. I was so happy to find these on Amazon. I originally saw these at Walgreens almost 20yrs ago! When I remembered to buy them they no longer carried them but Needless to say I never forgot about them. Sometimes when you snooze you loose! Amazon never cease to amaze me! They have a huge variety of exciting items that one would never think you will see or ever find again! The ear seeds does come with a placement diagram! Here's to your health & balance. I've used for appx. a week you have to gentlely press touch the seeds for a few seconds throughout the day for several days and toss. Then re-apply new seeds in the ear areas. I have felt generally better!

Used these little adhesive beads on one ear (three pads) and a single pad on both arms and both hands; wore them for one day only — The following day, my ear was itchy where I had the three pads, and my arms and hands were itchy, with little raised square shapes where the pads had been. I’m five days past wearing them and the rash has progressed to a localized allergic reaction, with hot red skin and itching, with my ear being the worst — Check the video I posted to see. These rashes throb and are angry, puffy little sites. Been treating them with witch hazel and calendula… about to break character and bust out the hydrocortizone, and if that fails, it’ll be time to see a doctor because the rashes are still spreading outwards of their original square patches. OUCH!! I have no known allergies, not to latex or anything, but whatever is in this adhesive is irritating to my system, and might irritate yours — Buyer beware!!

I work with EFT (another form of accupressure) and have found it to be very effective for myself and others. I went to an acupuncturist recently for help with endocrine issues, etc. I'm pregnant and my OB recommended it because they can't treat me for it with their own methods while I'm pregnant. Well it was helpful and she used auricular therapy on me, but I thought prior to booking more expensive sessions and going through all the hooplah of that I'd do some research on it. I'm a holistic practitioner of multiple modalities and traditions, myself, and I'd usually take supplements and do other things but that is limited by pregnancy as well. Necessity is the mother of invention and broadened horizons so now I'm taking this up as well. I have only used one of these in one spot and it's lasted well over 5 days and whether it's that or other things, for certain, I cannot conclusively say. However I do a 30 second press here and there randomly, a few times a day. Every time I press it I feel a flood of lovely energy that gives me a sense of wellbeing. I am really glad I tried this and am, thus far, happy with that, and looking forward to exploring it more with my self and my clients. Getting the breadcrumbs for this from that accupuncture session made it worth it and if it works, beats having to buy and use supplements or pay for costly sessions that achieve the same thing.

Soy completamente novata en la auriculoterapia, pero entre la buenísima, clara y entendible información que ofrecen en el eBook (y en español para España), más el pequeño póster que llega con el producto (en alemán, francés, español e italiano), más las respuestas tan rápidas, implicadas y completas que me han dado el vendedor y el proveedor a mis preguntas concretas para un tema de salud concreto que no salía en el eBook (en él salen muchos problemas habituales), estoy encantadísima y muy decidida. Por otro lado, el material tiene muy buena pinta. Bien envasado todo, asegurando higiene con ello, buena presentación (si se quiere regalar) y se percibe mucha calidad en la sonda, pinzas y semillas. Ellos lo han hecho todo muy bien. Ahora es mi turno. Me toca emplearlo tal y como me han aconsejado y disfrutar de los resultados. RESUMEN: Calidad material y humana excelente. Apto para regalar. Des Weiteren ist eine Karte dabei, die beschreibt, wie man das E-Book herunterladen kann. Das E-Book hat 31 Seiten mit farbigen Bildern, Inhaltsverzeichnis, mit Beschreibung von Schmerzstellen und der Positionierung der Ohrsamen. Bei mir hat der Download nicht sofort geklappt, aber man bekommt einen Hinweis an welche E-Mail sich wenden kann und dann bekam ich sofort das E-Book. Guter Service, gute Qualität. Bestens zu empfehlen.

Delivery time was surprisingly fast. The order came in a nice set, but I didn't figured out how or where to download the included ebook yet...(it even came with a nice direction about how to do that, but probably not compatible to the mobile app)? As for the product: I used it some years ago and worked perfect for its purpose. Would definitely order it again!
