I’ve been taking this product twice daily for the last three weeks and I have not lost weight. In fact I have actually gained weight! This product has made me bloated and gassy, and I’m talking the really REALLY bad kind of gas that has no end and smells like rotten eggs fused with old dirty hobo to create a new super stench...so there is absolutely no “sneaking” any of this out during public if you know what I’m saying. This product also made me super constipated. Like, I haven’t pooped in days which only makes the bloating totally unbearable. I went to yoga the other day and made the mistake of taking a pill before my lunch. Thank god no one was behind me during downward dog. It sounded like a trumpet went off. I’ve always made fun of those people...but now I’m one of them. I just thank god I didn’t take two pills; I’m certain that the trumpet would have been accompanied by a very graphic visual display comparitive to a Jackson Polluck painting. So here is my warning to you, dear naive and gullible Amazonian shoppers: purchase at your own risk. I recommend bringing extra pairs of undergarments wherever you go in case you experience a brown out. Additionally, consider purchasing some very powerful car airfresheners as the only place you’ll be able to fart is in your vehicle. Say goodbye to your social life, no one will dare be around you for more than a few minutes as I forgot to mention the gas is EXTREMELY difficult to hold in. Regardless of your age you’ll basically be like one of those little 156 year old ladies that poots every step they take and don’t even realize they are doing it. Except you WILL realize it and the shame will stay with you for all eternity.

I started with taking one capsule 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch, with 16 oz of water. At the same time, I started tracking my calories with the SparkPeople app, staying under 2,000 calories a day. I also make sure I drink 16 oz of water before each meal. Normally when I diet I feel ravenously hungry all of the time. Lean-XT has really helped with the hunger pangs - I still feel a little hungry, but not nauseatingly so. I have lost 7 pounds in the last 20 days (so about 2 pounds a week), without being hungry-angry all of the time!

I really do like this product. I was a little skeptical at first and I thought that it might not work but it really does . He does a great job at suppressing your appetite and I noticed on days that I took the pills and decided to eat poorly I feel like it blocked out a lot of the fat from the bad food I ate. So far ive lost 5 lbs and im not even done with the bottle uet. Ive also only managed to workout 2x a week. Just a tip if you take it on empty stomach be sure to eat a little something at least 20 to 30 minutes after taking it or you might feel nauseous. I like too eat breakfast and then maybe an hour before lunch i pop 2 pills and my hunger really slows down.

What a great product! I was looking for something to stop my 11:00am and 3:00pm sugar cravings and after doing some research I chose this product. I cannot tolerate any caffeine so these pills are perfect for me. It didn't work immediately but after about 2 weeks I had no more cravings! It is amazing! I take 2 pills in the morning and eat breakfast about an hour later. 5 hours later and I am still not hungry! Then around 1:00pm I take another pill. I can actually go all day without feeling hungry and sometimes I actually force myself to eat. I do drink a lot of water throughout the day but without these pills, I would be eating chocolate and doritos all day. I just purchased my 3rd bottle! I have lost about 5 pounds so far. There was also no side effects which is a plus!

I’m middle aged & not a body builder or an obsessed healthy eater in general but I make a real effort to stay away from sugar, carbs & processed food, I ride my Peleton bike and lift weights 4-5 times a week, and I do IF for 18 hours a day. I eat and drink whatever I want at parties or out to dinner with friends 3-4 times a month...you know what I mean. Losing weight does not come easy for me. This product absolutely picked up the pace of my weight loss. I take this as directed, 30 minutes before eating, and I actually do not finish my plate. It’s remarkable how it curbs my appetite. I’ve been eating less and feeling great, which has never happened. I drink 1 gallon of water a day and I believe that helps the effectiveness of this product. I see real progress in just over 3 weeks combining this product with LeanPM and BurnXT. So speaking for the average gal, I highly recommend this. Oh, and customer service cannot be beat. 5-stars.

These capsules do work. I took 2 every morning and that was enough to suppress my appetite all day. There were no side effects. I just ordered another bottle and will continue to take these until I reach my goal weight. I'm so happy I found these!!

I will start out by saying I purchased this product. I bought all three, the Lean XT, Burn XT and Lean PM. I was extremely disappointed. I followed the directions very carefully, however, I constantly felt extremely hungry and extremely had extreme stomach gas. I also gained about 5 pounds. I know some people said the weight loss could be slow and to keep taking it but gaining 5 pounds in the first couple of weeks doesn't bode well for me continuing to take it. I need to lose weight, not gain it. I will not be purchasing this product again
