What are the 20 words spelled out by the puzzles?

Cake, fox, cow, cat, dog, pie, key, boat, bird, tree. (that's all i can remember off the top of my head). My son and I put these together every night. He loves them.

Roughly 3 inches by 3 inches or when fitted together with the matching piece they make 1 card 3 inches by 6 inches.

which one is the best for a 2.5 year old? ABC's or Spelling?

I think for 2.5 year old spelling would be more fun(more puzzles in regards to subject, more intuitive in putting illustrations together). I think at this age this learning tool is more useful for problem solving skills development, not as much for spelling...but in the near future can also be used for spelling skills development
