I bought these with high hopes. They delivered. Cuts through bone, skin, whatever. Effortlessly. I have issues with my hands, so was looking for something to help - these are amazing. So good, I am buying them for my nieces and nephews. I have to share! I highly recommend. Yes, they have to be hand washed, so what? Worth it!

This year I thought I'd try doing a spatchcocked turkey for Thanksgiving. I didn't want to ruin the bird trying to accomplish it, but I didn't own a suitable pair of shears. Nothing I saw at even the pricier retailers compared to these Gerior shears. They are beautiful to look at, feel very comfortable in hand, and more importantly they work with minimal effort. Wow. These shares are amazing. Enabled me to, almost effortlessly, cut out the spine of the chicken for smoking. This was a part that I never looked forward to. I very rarely post reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience. I can’t attest to the durability as yet, but boy, do these work! The product has a good build quality and feel great in your hand.

Very sharp and easy to use- will cut through chicken cartilage easily. Nice safety lock with easy open feature too!
