I also found it at Costco for $40 but they have not brought it back to the store. My hair is super soft and healthy always get compliments on how shiny it is. I do love how soft my hair feels after using this shampoo. I did not realize there would be a huge piece of ginger in the bottle and was taken aback by the looks of it. The scent is a little strong from my taste. However, I can tell the difference of the way my hair feels after using this shampoo/conditioner. I was using Pura d'or prior and like this better. I will keep using and will look out for one with a different scent if they ever make one. This is a keeper!

I tried a different shampoo and conditioner from this company a few years back, and I still love it the most. So I decided to take a chance on this combo. It. Is. Fantastic. Had to get used to the smell at first, which is full out salon uber smell. But it fades and shortness of my otherwise, unruly curly hair, is unparalleled. Amazing.

I was drawn to the Ki Gold Ginseng Blossom Shampoo & Treatment Set, unfazed by the warnings about its scent because I typically enjoy the smell of ginseng. To my surprise, the products didn't carry the expected ginseng aroma but instead smelled like outdated floral perfume. Although not overwhelmingly strong, it took some effort to become accustomed to it. The shampoo, while promising, ended up drying out my scalp more than anticipated, pushing me to mix it with another shampoo I had on hand. The conditioner's performance was satisfactory, but it was plagued by the same unpleasant scent. Adding to the disappointment, the shampoo's pump top broke within the first week after a minor fall, revealing a discrepancy between the product's luxurious appearance and its actual durability. Despite my enthusiasm for the potential benefits of ginseng, this set fell short of my expectations. While not the worst experience, it's not one I'm keen to repeat, and I'll be looking elsewhere for my ginseng-infused hair care products.
