As a retired massage therapist, I have used many devices over the years. This massager from Snailax is one of the best. It compares easily with Thumpers or other more expensive models. It is fairly quiet, hefty and yet easy to handle and is very powerful. I have to use it on the lowest speed. The long handle makes it easy to reach all those hard to reach places. It just arrived today and as soon as I charged it, I used it on several places on my body. I like the choice of speeds and the pressure feels just right. I have not tried the heat function yet as I don't feel the need. I would recommend this massager to anyone looking for relief of muscle tension. I just hope it holds up well over time.

The long handle, cordless feature and the fact that it’s light weight, make this massager ideal for targeting hard-to-reach areas of your back. The various attachments offer a variety of options for different levels of massage. The “brushes” are great for scalp and back and provide a gentle scratching sensation. The attachments with the nodes are great at delivering targeted massage to muscles and trigger points. The heat and various intensity modes are great options. And the battery life is impressive.

I had similar one before and loved it a lot so that i bought this for my mom. The massaging function is very great that i can specifically apply to shoulders and neck. My mom loved it a lot as well. The only drawback is weight. It is slightly heavier than other one.

This is a fantastic massager! The long handle makes it very easy for me to reach my back and shoulders, and all of the included attachments make it very easy to use it anywhere (feet, neck, shoulders, back, legs, etc). I've easily released lots of tense knots in my shoulders and back using this, and I feel much more relaxed and less tense when I use it regularly. This has 3 vibration intensities and 3 vibration modes. The vibration intensities are fantastic, from very intense to very low. The vibration modes are nice, as there is a constant vibration mode, a vibration mode with a short delay, and a vibration mode with a longer delay. You can use any vibration mode with any vibration intensity (as they are two different buttons), so that is also fantastic. The heat function is also nice, although I don't really use it, as I put the accessories on, and don't feel the heat through them. I would highly recommend this.

Very disappointed. I was excited to receive this product after reading all the positive reviews. I had owned a corded hand held massager for many years and was super pleased with it, once it finally kicked the bucket I decided to order this cordless one. Within 2 months after receiving it I started having issues. The charging cable broke and I had to purchase a new one - not a big deal was maybe 10 bucks? But the real issue is that my device does NOT STAY CHARGED. I plug it in for several hours...the light turns red (meaning its fully charged) but immediately DIES after only 3-4 mins of use and I have to recharge it. I have even tried to use it while it was plugged in and it still died after only a few minutes of use. This does seem like a very powerful massager and would be a tremendous help for my chronic back pain...if it would just stay ON for more than a few mins at a time?? So thinking this was a faulty unit, I contacted customer support at Snailax for some resolution...and they did offer to send me a replacement, BUT...I have to ship this unit back AT MY OWN EXPENSE...? Not acceptable... This is terrible customer service in my opinion. I should not have to pay for the return of an item that obviously has a serious defect. The very least the company could do is send me a return shipping label at their expense. I'd like to add that this is the very 1st time I have ever posted a negative review for any product I have ordered from Amazon...but I felt I had to in this instance. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I wanted to get something to help me with the pain in my feet and legs knowing that it mainly stems from my calf muscles. I don’t have $300 for a calf massager, so I figured I’d get something more manual. I own a Snailax shiatsu style shoulder massager and I really like that purchase, so I was hopeful getting another product from the company. The vibration produced by this unit is intense; speak while it’s on your back and you’ll hear it in your voice. I have found a use for 3 out of the 4 attachments. The spiny attachment is perfect for any part of your body that doesn’t like a harsh point of contact (e.g. an especially sore muscle or one that is near a bony process). It also is the only one I’d recommend using on bare skin. The spines are flexible and it generalizes the area of vibration and does not create too much drag like the other plastic attachments on bare skin. All other attachments, I would recommend using over clothes. The curved attachment works very well for your calves or arms. Your calf muscle has two heads at the pit of your knee, so I would recommend aligning the edge of the curved attachment with your tibia and working each side of your calf from bottom to top. The smooth tri-point attachment works well when you want to put concentrated pressure on a knotted muscle. The bumpy three point attachment doesn’t really work for me in any way I’ve discovered. I’ve determined the shiatsu style massager works better for me for pain relief than this vibrating massager. Still, not a bad turnout overall. Pros: -Intense Vibration -Multiple Attachments -Good Battery Life -Warranty Cons: -Heavy -No Heat (didn’t work on my unit)

How should I start? I have owned several back massagers over the years to help alleviate shoulder tension, and until this one, I was not always impressed. However, this massager has features that outdo my previous purchases. It's lightweight and easy to handle, thanks to its solid grip, and it's rechargeable, so you don't have to worry about a cord getting caught on furniture or finding an outlet nearby. It comes with multiple attachments that help you get to the trouble spot, and it's quiet. I especially like the rechargeable option. I highly recommend this massager for its price, features, and the company's support.
