Nothing. Even with diet & exercise. Save your money and go get your hormones and thyroid checked

it's not as good as the Relacore I used before these were more like vitamins to me taste like vitamins I have not seen any difference and I have already been through a bottle and a half I don 't think these were the right ones I was looking for these may be a third party product which is not the same as the original I got to be more careful next time you live and learn
