Fits, but is longer than the original
Bought this for my wife's Specialized Tarmac. The size in the Specialized manual says 12x142, which is what this said. It sticks out by several threads after screwing it in. Otherwise, it works fine and- You don't have to carry the allen wrench- It makes taking the wheel off quicker than digging out the allen wrench. (If you don't race, that may never matter to you.)

does not come with pictured nut on the end
DT swiss makes a few different models and there are ones with a nut on the end. This one does not have the nut. pretty important if you need one!

It doesn’t come with a nut. It’s not like thats important or anything. The pictures include a nut and the manual that it comes with says to install you must put on the nut. Are you serious? Thanks for wasting my time.
