I bought these supplements as I have high blood pressure so it's not advisable to use the more conventional erection medication available over the counter. I have been taking 2 Adam pills in the morning and 2 in the evening over the course of 10 days and have noticed a clear improvement in my sexual appetite, energy and erectile performance. Highly recommend it especially if you seek to reduce the use and dependency on over the counter erection medications

I ordered these supplements and was a bit wary of the review stating the capsules wer too large to swallow. Having opened the pack and seen their size I am completely unable to understand the problem. I have taken tham and they are very easy to swallow whole. They also seem to have an almost immediate effect on my ed troubles. I would definitely reccomend if, for medical reasons you are not able to take viagara type medication.

Tablets too big for swallowing

As others have cited here I have no problems with the size of the tablets. You could actually snap the tablet in half for those feeling they are hard to swallow. I feel my energy levels have slightly increased. As for increased blood flow in reference to ED I am undecided. I am halfway through the first bottle. I feel another bottle at least in order to fully appraise the efficacy.

Doesn't work for erections, very pricey for what it's worth.
