Doesn't perform as advertised
Rongta apparently reduces the features on the Amazon models they sell. Their manufacturer page lists OPOS support (a standard on receipt printers) but if you buy it from Amazon they have this feature disabled, and no where states this until you have it in hand. It's a decent printer otherwise, but fails to actually open the cash drawer because of the omitted functionality.

Low Volume
The printer works fine overall and the print quality is good. The font is clear and dark, and everything prints nicely. However, the biggest issue is that the sound cannot be adjusted. The notification sound is too low, and there’s no way to increase the volume. If the volume could be adjusted, this would be a much better product.

Great printer once you remove the viruses from the install USB
I needed a printer for a custom application. Getting this one setup and working was very easy. My only complaint (mentioned by at least one other) is that the USB drive that holds the drivers had a couple of viruses on it. Make sure you scan the drive before launching anything!

Comes with AU plug Work very well with Loyverse from iPad but basically it doesn't support it because DHCP is disabled. I don't know why. Before plug Ethernet cable, you must connect to PC via USB and using their software to enable DHCP otherwise can not retrieve IP address. Doesn't work with UBER, DOORDASH AND MENULOG
