I have allergies to everything living plant. I was told to take bee pollen for awhile. Well I went exactly by the instructions on the contanier. I had a severe allergic reaction. I nearly had to go to the emergency room. I waited a month now taking a pinch at a time, a week later 2 pinches and so on. I'm hoping to develop a tolerance to plant pollen.

Not so good as before
It used to be high quality bee pollen granules but the last one I got the granules became more power form with little black particles. I need to spend time to scoop away the floating dirt before I can enjoy my drink. I won't buy this product again.

WORKS !!!!
use all the time ... haven't had a sinus infection since i started - over a year ago !!! just be sure you get bee pollen for your state !!!
