This doesn't look like the photos. It doesn't have a black swatch that says survival. It's very big and thick. I have a small wrist so this is too much for me. It may be good for a large guy with a large hand and wrist but it's just too big. I need mmmmm will need to switch this for something smaller. This thing is 1.5 inches wide. ::sigh::

A comfortable wrist strap is WAY better than 90% of lanyards out there. And a far as the other 10% of lanyards, this product is still a either lot, or at least a little better than those "top" lanyards.But there are other similar paracord wrist straps out there, even on Amazon .... And they're almost all more expensive and most contain less paracord, which makes them less wide and therefore likely less comfortable, especially for anything fairly "heavy" like a good camera or a seriously big flashlight.This strap is so comfortable that even just dropping whatever you're holding doesn't feel too jerky ... Which is helped a LOT by the fact they they got the length pretty much perfect. Also love the big button on the slide closure for easy single-handed tightening.Cosmetically, love that bright blaze orange. Probably getting another (or two).

I use this strap for my SonyAlpha6500 camera.I love the pink color because it adds some personality to the generic camera look.The strap is very sturdy and absolutely reliable. I love it so much!

I got this for my Sony ZV1 camera. I also got it because it was pink and sturdy looking.It IS thick, sturdy, very pretty, BUT, I can’t use it for my camera because the loop is too big for it.However, I am keeping it. It makes a GREAT wristlet holder. I took a wallet I bought & it works and matches perfectly!So, is it for the Sony ZV1 camera? No. Can it be used for other purposes? Yes.

Paracord is stiff to start, over time it loosens up and adapts to your form. Seems sturdy - I am very confident having my camera hang from my wrist! Used it at the ocean without any problems. Way more reasonable than the instagram ads that inspired me to get one.

I bought this strap to put on my water bottle that I take everywhere. It is really handy. My favorite thing is that it prevents me from dropping and breaking it when I am carrying a ton of things into work or my house because I only want to make one trip. Thinking of order a couple more.

Overall, this cord was a nice addition to my mirrorless camera setup and provides a nice, lightweight but sturdy way to ensure that the camera won't go flying if dropped. Unfortunately the paracord is a bit stiff and the cord cinch a little large, causing it to take up significant space in my camera bag. A little more flex and a little smaller cinch and this would be five stars.
