Great for oil pulling
Works so well. Mouth feels really clean! No weird after taste. Highly recommend. I dilute it with organic sesame oil.

Superb oil pulling concentrate
Excellent oil pulling product. Can be diluted with sesame and/or coconut oil. Seems like a therapeutic blend of aromatic herbs, a little different from some of the other products on the market that use peppermint and taste more like conventional American toothpastes and mouthwashes. It took some getting used to, but the benefits are excellent. My gums no longer bleed when I floss. Highly recommend.

Ive tried other oil pulling products but this one is the best and works amazing. My mouth has never felt this clean

Small bottle but only need a tsp, lots of ingredients
I bought mine from Natural Grocers in haste when I had a terrible tooth ache so I paid a little more than this. I came to Amazon to add it to my shopping list for when I need to replenish because I really do love this product. A few things to note; some people aren’t reading the directions fully. You only need a tsp if you are going to use it straight, the TBS is only if you plan to dilute it in a carrier oil. The bottle is small for the price but dang that’s a lot of ingredients and most are wild harvested. People want quality for nothing but someone has to collect all that and then bottle it so try to imagine how much trouble that would be especially for a small business. I do however agree that I can make my own with coconut oil and a good quality peppermint EO. So I thought I would toggle back and forth between using this and then a bottle of CO to make it stretch. I don’t want to stop using this because of all of the added benefits from those other ingredients but that’s just me, it’s like a compromise due to my budget. It’s literally the cost of 3 cups of coffee at Starbucks so perspective..

you can make your own for less.
Too expensive - I use organic coconut oil that I get at TJ’s for 5 bucks or so and I add a couple of drops of high quality iodine from heritage and then afterward I use ipsab. Works so well on my gums and also my chronic sinus infection goes away. I do it every day. much cheaper than this.

I noticed a difference after just 2 uses, I think it’s incredible and totally unexpected.Coconut oil makes me gag, same with sunflower oil, therefore I gave up a while ago. I saw this and decided to give it a go as I already use Dr. Tung floss and tongue cleaner and they are a game changer.I managed to “ pull” for 20 min. My breath is already fresher and not sure if is just coincidence but my nose ( normally quite dry) has become a bit moist. I will definitely buy again and once I’m used to it I will look for an alternative as this is quite pricey. On the downside the bottle is tiny, not sure how long it’ll last but I’m reviewing the quality ,therefore 5star.
