Horrible taste cramp remedy
The taste was horrible, to be honest I would rather have the cramp than taste that horrible stuff again it made me feel sick & gave me reflux, horrible stuff.

Works really well, tastes horrendous!
I always have issues with cramp on long bike rides. I decided to give cramp fox a go and it kept me cramp free for 101 miles. The taste is quite unique. I took a shot before I set off and two more along the way when my legs felt a bit heavy. Will be using it again

Like drinking Malt Vinegar!
I bought these as a cramp prevention during a long ultra race. What a big mistake! It tasted like I'd drunk 20ml of malt vinegar straight from the bottle instead of sprinkling it on my chips! Absolutely disgusting! I was coughing for at least 5 minutes straight just to try and breathe properly again. They are overpriced for what they are in my opinion. I think in future I'll stick with electrolye tablets instead at least they don't taste awful.
