No. No strong scent is detectable. It's very pleasant and light. This stuff is incredible.

The consistency is thick and creamy. A little product goes a long way, and it very moisturizing for the hair!

Container plastic and lid metallic. Good products.

Q: Can I use another deep conditioner if I choose to use it as a leave in?

Yes absolutely. I usually use this as a leave after the shower.
