These are great for traveling. We went on a cruise and took these with us! They were small enough to pack in a back pack and we would take over two with us to dinner or if we knew we had a wait. The directions are on the back of each box.

Let's be honest: the build quality of these games is predictably abysmal. The boards are flimsy, the pieces may be a bit wonky, and when you pay cheap, you get cheap. That said, however, you do get a dozen great games here, including timeless classics that will keep people of all ages entertained. The point to keep in mind is that you're never (I hope!) going to use this set as your primary board game collection at home (please don't!!), but for travelling, especially when space may be at a premium, this is a handy set to have. Stick a few in a bag and they'll take up almost no room at all. Even an airplane's fold down tray can easily accommodate these boards. The magnetic boards hold the pieces reasonably well. And for rather little money you're able to bring your favorite board games along wherever you're going to have some time to kill and want to enjoy that time doing something fun. I bring mine to work with me to have something to do during breaks. One can overlook this set's shortcomings for the sake of portability; after all, there's far more to a game than the materials you're playing it with.

These are tiny and cheaply made. The magnets were loose from several of the pieces upon arrival. In a couple of the games, the pieces don’t fit on the spaces. The chess game was short a piece. The game boards don’t open completely flat. They aren’t practical for playing.

These were perfect for the car or even church! Whenever you need something to occupy your kids that is quiet, this will do the trick. I like that there were a bunch of different games that we hadn't played so it kept it interesting.

I had something like this when I was a child and imagine my excitement when u found this! There are so many board games to play that are tiny and easily portable. The one thing that you have to be careful with is that the boards are great tiny size so the pieces are small and could be easily lost with children (or eaten). All the games come in tiny boxes that come with instructions on how to play. I think this is such a great deal for how many games you get!
