Hola buen día, como puedo contactarlos?, compré mi producto el día 25 de mayo de este año, y hace como dos meses el sensor empezó a parpadear, le cambiamos las pilas y sigue parpadeando sin servir el sensor, solo que no eh podido contactarlos

Great faucet! The touchless feature is the best for food preparation. This company is great to work with as well!! I’ve had this faucet for almost three years now and yes I did encounter an issue where the control box stopped working however the company resolved it for me in a very timely manner. After having some intermittent issues, I went to the manufacturers website and contacted them about the issue. I provided them video and photos regarding the issue and they diagnosed the faucet issue. My warranty was expired but they offered me new a FREE replacement part at only the cost of shipping. Their customer service department was great to work with, they helped me through the entire process, provided me with order and delivery notifications, and followed up to see that the replacement part resolved my issue. The replacement part with swapped out within minutes and my faucet was fixed! Very easy removal and installation! I’d recommend this company to anyone after how well they worked with me. If you do have an issue simply go to their website and contact them. Their customer service is excellent!

Renovated our kitchen last summer, purchased this for our newly-added double basin undermount sink. This is a sturdy, well-constructed faucet that feels much more expensive than it is. The look fit perfectly with our black cabinet hardware. The sprayer works well, and the reason for buying: the touchless feature works as intended every time. I appreciate the timer that automatically shuts off the water after about 5 minutes, just in case you forget or are distracted. I would re-purchase this again in the future.
