I used them to put up a 40 light set of outdoor ‘party’ lights that are so popular these days. They had to be drilled into solid concrete and the included bit worked perfectly. While it can be used with a rotary drill, I used a hammer drill and it was still sharp after drilling 40 holes. And the anchors held nicely. Klein makes quality products and this kit was no exception. Great value
