It does the job. Good product.

Took a gamble on buying this to use the 5/8” spark plug socket on my 16mm ones (the difference in size between the two are about .0125mm). So a looser tolerance socket could potential fit both. Luckily, it worked on my spark plugs perfectly. Also, the extensions and adaptors are priceless, as I was able to use my 1/4” drive torque wrench on the 3/8” socket to snug everything up.

Hope that the sparkplug sockets comes in metric

Im getting up in age & the hobbies and project days are winding down, like Life; so I cant any longer justify the cost of top-shelf German tools and SnapOn stuff [tho i prided myself always having the best tools even tho i might never even use them or only use them once]. With the arthritis or tendonitis always lurking in the background ready to sneak up on me right smack in middle of a job or project I sometimes dont have the finger strength to change sockets out [ good tool have GOOD, TIGHT-FITTING sockets} . Of course just simple greezy hands with no shop tool handy fouls one up also....so I NEEDED some QWIK-RELEASE 'budget' ratchets that could afford several of to have in different places, portable tool kits in each car for emergency replars, etc]. WELL...these puppies sure fit the bill, AND THEM SOME. i was hesitant at first buying any of this stuff, or HomeCneter brands...but these little dewalts are AWESOME, and seem well built. tho for MY purposes dont exactly out them thru the ringer or abuse of daily use. So take my opinion with grain of salt as they say for what it is, just one person opinion. But form someone who HAS and HAD the best...you can never have enough tools. After first trying this, I THEN also got the 3/th unit and SEVERAL of their mini KITS for myself as well as for GIFTS. FAR supoerior quality and feel than Crapsman stuff...well worth the price. If they had a flex-head, long-handled,and 3/8th version mini Id get them too..buti already got those in both SO and old SK's.

I bought a similar 1/4 ratchet from Craftmans and it got stuck trying to flip the switch. This DeWalt 1/4 ratchet feel sturdy and good weight to it as well. It works great and will not let you down for smaller socket use. Buy one you won’t regret it!

Good size, quite heavy might be a problem at full stretch.

Seems well made and I expect it to last a long long time. Shaped well, and has a nice feel in the hand. Direction shift and eject work smoothly. Maybe just a little on the heavy side, but since I won't using it all day everyday, shouldn't be an issue.
