Used this for nearly 1 month, feels likecits doing something. Trying to use it twice a day for 30 mins, morning and evening. Can only go up to 6/7 at the moment. I paid full price so gutted when i saw it 1/4 price. It seems a bit flimsy but it is sturdy and effective.

Very bad copy of the original. It electrocuted me and left burn marks on my body. Very dangerous and should not of been sold in the uk as this came direct from China.

Easy to use Only been using for a few weeks - I can see a slight difference but you need to do some exercise along side it Gives motivation to do a workout!

Really loved using it. However, 3 months in, it is no longer charging

I've contemplated getting one of these in the past but now I have a beach holiday booked for August 2023, I thought I'd give it a go as a 'Belly-Buster'. I know, it's kind of cheating, although I do exercise and watch what I eat, I could do better in those areas. The belt is very easy to use, I started it on Level 5 (I think there are 12 Levels). Oh my goodness, I could feel it vibrating and shaking my gut, some Modes feel like you're getting stabbed in the belly with needles! I put it up to Level 6 but I cried out and had to lower it a notch. My wife wondered what I had done! I'll work up to those higher levels as I get used to it. All in all after the initial 'shock/Surprise' of what this thing is actually doing, I'm using it a few times a day. Each 'Session' starts when you press the buttons and lasts around 20 minutes. I have a good feeling that this is going to help me lose some belly fat...I'm counting on it! Come on Turkish Riviera!

im pretty overweight but i can still feel this getting to my abs. its a bit hard to get on if your carrying an extra tire like myself however that said if you really stretch it around you'll get it on but gl if you weigh more than 270lbs at 6ft. thankfully i got this when i was in the 250lbs range. you may be able to get it on even if you are 300lbs but it may be a struggle and you may need assistance. with all that out of the way- this thing can get intense. i use it on 10 it goes to 15. 10 is a bit of pain for me but not terrible pain just not the most fun thing at the start. after a while its good though. if you can't hack it at an intensity you can ofcourse turn it down. i suggest you see what 1 is like (for me it was like tiny ants dancing on my abs and I'm fat and never worked out. 2 you slightly feel ....well still nothing... for me its not till you get to 6 where it kicks in a bit- mind you 6 is still somewhat weak after a while of use. 7 and 8 for me is very manageable and 9 is where it kicks in. 9 is about my comfort zone but I'm trying to step out of that. number 1 thing is though- its not extreme pain- nothing like that- just intense really intense.....maybe 11 would be extreme pain not sure- not brave enough to try it yet- might wait for muscles to grow and then i won't feel it as much. good product insanely good infact. my abs are growing- i feel it. my friend touched my abs said they are harder now. amazing. and here i was for all those years laughing at these products and to my surprise they work.

Don’t bother and buy, I should have read the 1 star reviews, the belt didn’t work!!! Such a waste of money and most importantly the company in the picture is different from what I received and it was very poor quality, this sell/er should be banned from selling on Amazon for unethical reasons
