I Want To Like It
I want to like this belt, I really do and I can't say I hate it, but it's like the high school girlfriend you never really get passionate about, but keep dating her because it's easy to do.The Grip 6 belt is such a good idea since it has no moving parts and is an excellent choice for jeans and casual wear. The modular choices of belt and buckle colors really lend itself to a one-system solution. When I wear it with jeans, I think it's a sharp looking belt and basically does the job.My problem with the Grip 6 belt is that as a friction belt, it pretty much only adjusts to that certin diameter that "just does" the job. I normally like a little snugger belt, and one would think you could make it tighter with a good pull, but at some point the friction dynamic works against getting it any snugger. Also, like virtually all belts I've ever owned (saved for my US Army issue), the belt itself develops an imprint or "bend" right at the most common friction point which again, makes getting the belt more snug a challenge. For some fair information, I'm definitely not at my Army weight any more and have the typical spare tire most of us midwest American men develop. But, I still have a waistline and don't require suspenders.Do I want a refund? No. Will I stop wearing it? No. Will I buy another? Probably not.

Excellent Belt and Customer Service!
This belt meets all expectations! I am very happy with this purchase! But, it didn't start out that way. I received my new Grip 6 belt with high expectations. I wore the belt for several days and it just wouldn't hold. I kept having to retighten and retighten it. I had pretty well given up on it after the first week. About a week later I received an email from Grip6 customer service asking how I was enjoying my new belt and if I had any questions. First of all, that is brilliant customer service! 👍🏼 Thank you! I then explained my problem with the belt to the rep and he replied with a polite response and offered an illustration of how to properly cinch the belt. I figured I might as well look it over. I am a smart guy who usually reads directions but, this is a belt. How hard could it be to figure out? It wasn't hard at all! I was just doing it wrong! Lol! After following the illustration I realized I wasn't threading it correctly. Problem solved! It's been a few months since and I wear the belt nearly every day. It works great! It's thin, light weight, holds tight and looks good doing it! Everything I need and nothing I don't. It may seem a little silly but, I enjoy putting it on every morning. Each morning I am reminded of what a great purchase it was. It's the little things. I am also reminded of the value of reading directions. Haha! Great work Grip6 team! I am a customer 4 life!I just want to add that I went swimming in salt water with my Grip6 belt on for the first time the other day. I was worried that might cause an issue with it somehow but, I just rinsed it in the shower when I got home and it hasn't missed a beat. It dried over night no problem and still looks and works great!

This is a game changer folks.
Let me start off by saying that I work in maintenance response so I am walking on my feet all day pushing, pulling, mopping, etc. My job depends on two things ... my comfortable shoes and my trusty belt that holds my pants up. After wearing my leather old school belt for years and dealing with the one notch that's too loose and the one that's too tight, I decided to jump on the minimalist bandwagon and purchase the Grip 6 web belt. At first glance this belt is very generic looking. But upon closer examination this belt is made of special technology that's unlike anything I have ever seen before. The belt slides into a metal slot in the buckle that holds tight with no notches and it does not slip. The webbing has some stretch but not too much so that your my uniform shirt remains tucked at all times. After putting this belt through its course of pulling, pushing, squatting, and of course running, I can vehemently say that this Grip 6 belt is a game changer.

Overall thumbs up
This is a very comfortable belt material. Durable yet not hard plastic feel. I think my biggest challenge with the belt is getting it on and off quickly. The spot on the belt where you typically have the buckle "securing it" tends to get a bit softer feeling than the rest of the belt and it's hard to tighten it more or loosen it quickly. You learn to figure it out a bit as you go but you have to suck in the gut slightly (and I don't have a big gut) which makes it slightly challenging at times getting it off. It does hold very well unlike other belts I've tried. I'm a 36-38 waist and ordered the 38. It had a good 5-6 inches of extra length which I find helpful in adjusting the belt after. It tucks behind the belt easily and is not an issue

Great Belt so Far
It took me a few days to get used to tightening and loosening this belt. It's a quality made product that is not "bulky" like alot of leather belts. It allows you to loosen and tighten as needed and so far seems to be made of a good quality material.
