Its a Gilbert Ball!
Great. The rubberized practice surface helps with grip for practice. The larger size is also helpful. 6 months in its as good as new. Well built, great product.

Burst/deflated within 1 week..
My son (7 years) has been playing with it this week in a garden that has no hazards and it's deflated and won't re-inflate? Suggests it was defective?
