Bought for alertness and cognitive benefits at work to reduce caffeine intake. Works amazing! Took two pills instead of normal 2 coffees when I woke up and felt ready for the day! Had a coke a lunch and that’s it for the day. Normally I have about 4-6 black coffees through my non workout days. Ready for bed at my normal bedtime. No jitters, no side effects, just works.Would not recommend taking at night though. Slept fine but dreamt all night, not sure I ever hit deep sleep. But taking in morning is perfect and 2 pills is more than enough, so value stretches to 2 months putting it at about same price as some of my other supplements.Extremely impressed for what I said above. Not convinced it does anything else it says it does, but for what I needed, it nailed it.

I have taken it for 3weeks. It is helping me to get more muscles, but it does not help to lose weight. I don’t see any side effect yet. Nor it does not give any uncomfortable on my digest system. It is hard since I cannot eat anything before 2 hours and after 2 hours. I will try another month to see if it works better.

This product carries a warning about caffeine intake. Make sure to follow it, after forgetting the warning I enjoyed some caffeine and almost passed out when I got up from the table.

I'm a 43yr old male, who purchased this product after reading reviews. I used this product exactly as recommended on the bottle, workout daily, and have a healthy diet. Since the age of 18 Fitness and working out have always been a key part of my daily life. I have tried many different supplements over the years. I can honestly say that after one bottle of this supplement, I'M NOT IMPRESSED. I have not experienced any gains, or weight loss, no increase in strength, or better sleep.THIS PRODUCT IS OVER PRICED AND NOT EFFECTIVE!
