Great function. Terrible Instructions
These stars are wonderful & 10x better than the tiny ladder the pool came with (especially for someone who has had back surgery) However, all the reviews are correct. The Instructions provided are absolutely terrible. They include a black & white photo copy of the original instructions so you can’t even use the photos. They also separate the instructions for the steps & the ladder as separate pieces & they are not clear on how to connect the two. We were able to find some color instructions online & the rest we figured out through trial & error & looking at people’s reviews. So just be aware before you purchase these are not simple to put together & you will need two people / to look up color instructions for pictures.

Maybe ok for one season
The amount of wood we needed in order to make this study made us think we should have just built a wooden one.

Very Unstable and missing part and hard to put together-
Very unstable and missing parts-hard to assemble and instructions very unclear and pictures for diagram, very dark. Now overall had to take apart and return and stepped on first step and it broke, our family member hurt her ankle, now we have to wait longer to find another ladder to use our family pool. Also paying a handyman to put together:/ Very unsatifed:/

Wonderful steps
I had trouble getting in and out of our above ground pool due to muscular atrophy. A ladder was not allowing me to enjoy swimming, but these steps put me back into the swim!

Pool steps - no weights or way to
We got these steps all put together ok. They are fine. However there is no way to hang weights on them to keep them from shifting around in the pool.
