Got this as a Christmas gift for a friend that likes to cook. He is currently dabbling with Thai cuisine and I thought this would be helpful with easy recipes. Can't wait to be invited for a meal. I got fired up browsing through it and bought one for myself. Excited to give these a try.

As a lover of Thai food, I expected more variety in dishes. There are a couple recipes that I may try, but overall I don't feel very inspired. The photos are in black and white which adds to the blah mood of this book.

A very compact, nicely explained recipe book explaining Thai cooking --- from what utensils you need, equipment, supplies, recipes for basic sauces and had really lovely pictures of the items cooked!

This cookbook delivers exactly what it promises, excellent Thai takeout recipes. The layout is very user friendly and the photography is well done!

Very disappointed.Cheaply made.Blured ink and black and white photos.Definitely not worth price.None of recipes I was hoping for.

Delicious recipes, very well written instructions. I tried 4 recipes so far and they are as good as I have had in a restaurant.
